The Sky Bringup, LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Mecha Storm mobile application (the "App"). This policy explains how privacy is handled in the first release of the App.

Information We Collect

The App does not collect personal information. The first release does not include account login, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, cloud saves, leaderboards, social features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.

Device Permissions

The App does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, calendar, or similar device permissions.

Offline Gameplay

Mecha Storm is designed as an offline single-player game. Gameplay progress for the first release is handled locally on the device.

Third-Party Services

The App itself does not use third-party tracking, advertising, analytics, or payment services. Apple App Store and Google Play may process store account, download, diagnostic, or crash information under their own privacy policies.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App does not collect personal information, there is no account data for us to review or delete.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App changes. If future versions add online features, analytics, advertising, purchases, or cloud services, this page and the store privacy declarations will be updated before release.
