1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms will apply when you download, install, or use Mecha Storm (the "App") after it is publicly released. The planned App is operated by The Sky Bringup, LLC; there is no public store listing at this time.

2. Description of the App

Mecha Storm is planned as an offline single-player mobile game with top-down mech combat, enemy waves, pickups, and short arena missions. This planned scope may change before a public release.

3. Purchases

The current first-release plan does not include in-app purchases, subscriptions, paid unlocks, or rewarded advertising. If future versions add purchases, the store listing and these terms will be updated before release.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where allowed by law
  • Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the App without permission
  • Modify the App in a way that interferes with store review, platform security, or other users

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original gameplay implementation, artwork, interface, text, and related materials, is owned by The Sky Bringup, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Independent project

This website and the planned App are independent projects by The Sky Bringup, LLC. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a copy of another game, app, publisher, or brand that uses the name Mecha Storm or a similar name.

7. Store Terms

Distribution through Apple App Store or Google Play is also subject to the applicable store terms, policies, and refund processes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Sky Bringup, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the App changes. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
